A tray sign is a flat panel that has folded returns on all 4 sides to resemble a tray, or ‘biscuit tin lid’. This is a more stylish alternative to a flat sign panel and gives your sign a 3D effect. This also allows fitting to a surface without unsightly face fixings.
Aluminium composite sign trays have become very popular over the years and even more so today. With our large format CNC routers we can guarantee a clean and precise cut and fold every time.
Here at Orez Display we can produce your aluminium composite sign tray system in many different ways. From a plain folded sign tray with CNC notched and bonded corners with some vinyl graphics applied, to a fret cut and folded sign system backed off with acrylic and illuminated with either fluorescent tubes or LEDs.
Or if you want a stunning 3D effect, we can build acrylic letters.
